Gardening Fun

We went out to Papa's today so the boys could plant some pumpkins...I decided that planting and growing our own pumpkins would result in better memories than paying for overpriced pumpkins at a commercialized pumpkin patch! We also planted green beans, corn, peas and cucumbers. The boys were really enthused about the garden for approximately 5 minutes! Grandma Jean and I were so surprised that we were the only two left working in the garden. Tyler did want to help, he just thought that his gardening ways were better than Grandma
Jeans - you know...putting all kinds of different seeds together and putting about 8" of dirt on top! Regardless of who did the most gardening, the boys had a blast and hopefully something will grow in the weeks to come.

Perhaps he will be a shepherd when he grows up! (for those of you that don't know, Papa walks with a cane so the boys have "cane envy")

So happy that he finally got to take a ride on the "zero turn!"
